Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at the ASHA office in writing (by email to info@ashaweb.org) three weeks prior to the scheduled event to receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. ASHA is unable to accept telephone or verbal cancellations. No refunds will be considered after 21 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. If you are unable to attend the event, your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. A full registration may not be shared by multiple individuals. In order to allow time for processing, written notification of a substitution must be received three weeks prior to the scheduled event. No substitutions will be honored onsite.
Event Registration Payment Policy
Any registrants that are not paid two weeks prior to the first day of the conference will be emailed reminding them of their balance due and informed that ASHA will collect credit card information on site to hold for ASHA’s liability purposes. The credit card information collected will not be processed until the last business day of the conference month or otherwise dated as a “grace period” to allow alternate payments to be remitted post-conference. Payment must be received by ASHA no later than the second to last business day of the conference month to ensure that the credit card will not be processed.
